Excellent products and services. One our favourite places for the kids to let off all the steam you can imagine! Monitors consistently walking about ensuring everyone is as safe and responsible as possible. Lots of places to sit and observe. All kinds of big and little courts to keep everyone entertained for hours. Always a struggle to pull the kids out when it's time to go. ?

Very fun facility! Staff was kind and the building was clean except for the washrooms. Air bag was very fun and I liked the steps up to jump higher to the airbag. Great idea with the foam pit under the climbing wall so I didn't have to climb down. Make sure to bring plenty of water or change to buy some at the Cafe as it gets exhausting all the time. You might think an hour isn't a lot of time but as you get exhausted if feels alot longer and you still have time to try all the attractions

Worst customer experience I have had in a long time. I was a part of a large friend group today, about 30 kids, so a lot of business for you guys!! It was my first time ever going to Flying Squirrel. I had no idea what I was doing, but the staff were directing me where to add children and sign the waiver(s). I then proceeded to the cash to pay, I bought 4 kids 2 hours of jump time and 4 pairs of socks. The cost was something like $171!!!! After I pay, my sister informs me she purchased the family pass to get an extra 2 hours of time (she brought 4 kids too!). When I inquire about upgrading my purchase, I’m told I need to see the manager. Okay… The manager was your typical hide-behind-policy, β€œI can’t do anything”, β€œsorry you didn’t see the deals.” Brutal. What happened to informed sales? I told them it was my first time! How about informing your customers? I’m sure your owner would love that. Instead you hid behind policy, told me I could only get the two extra hours if I bought another $170 family pass. ridiculous. It is so unfortunate to me that you didn’t see the big picture and #1 rule: customers service. If you had offered me the chance to upgrade (yes pay more) for the family pass, I would have come back again, and brought more friends. You literally missed out on another group of people (you made over $1000 on us today!!) I really wasn’t asking much at all, I wanted to spend MORE money to get better value. Side note: Calaway park offers you to upgrade your purchase every time you leave the park-This is normal in sales! And something you should be pushing!! Train you staff to be more informative, compassionate and customer service minded. The GM needs the most training. I won’t be back.

Love love love frying squirrel! My daughter adores going here with her friends, so with the regular sales we make sure to stock up on passes. My only issue is with the back bit with the rope and raised jump platforms... the 2 activities intersect so there are always kids landing on eachother. I really think there should be a more permanent ref there to monitor the area during busy times. *area pictured

Went here with a 2.5-year-old and had a great time once we got checked-in and started jumping. The reason for the lower 3 star review is the very slow check-in process we experienced. We arrived at 10:00 and despite having just 5-6 families in line in front of us, we were in line for over 30 minutes (and waiting is never easy with a toddler!). We had purchased tickets in advance (online) but that didn't seem to change the check-in process for us. I didn't read much about a slow check-in in other reviews so maybe it was just an off day or a day with IT issues? Once we were in, the trampolines were great - our 2.5 year old loved it!

Well, my kid enjoys this place but today I was over charged for my 5 yr old son when there website days 6 and under is 14.00 he jumped for an hour with a friend and it cost 46 dollars for both. When addressee the staff played dumb and acted as if they didn't know... as for the facility, great place for kids of all ages. Happy to see lots of staff those the dodge ball area could use some extra supervision due to a few injuries while older kids were playing amount their peers and little ones didn't realize they were in the line of fire. All in all good location and good place.

First time visiting Flying Squirrel (July 2021). It was a lot of fun to see kids having a blast and enjoying the area. I will definitely be coming. Back specially to the Neon lights nights they host. We went with friends and our toddlers on a weekday around 4pm. It was not busy and most visitors were also kids age 2-10 yrs old. Always be on the lookout when your son is panting and checking the areas. Staff was not on the lookout when older teenagers where doing running competitions across the whole trampoline area - exactly where everyone was playing and specially where kids where playing. Management should place some restrictions on the general area when it comes to safety for everyone. A kid tripped and the runner had to jump to avoid landing on the child. That could be a serious accident for a little one. So be on the watch. It was super fun though! Your kid will have a blast for sure just watch the area he will be playing at. Around 6:00pm it got busier with teenagers and older kids. So if you are a parent of a small child or toddler I recommend visiting early in the day. The girl in reception was a delight and welcoming! You don’t have to buy the socks but they are only $3.00 and they are grippy at the bottom so it helps you have some grip when climbing the trampolines and to avoid any fall in slippery areas :) they can be reused too. Lots of couches to seat for parents! And they have tables to eat too. The snack place was closed but I’m guessing they will be serving food at some point :)
