I found they were not organized, I had the guys come in to measure for the mirrors and had no clue until I got a last minute voicemail, instead of making an appointment. After that I asked for the exact price and they could not give me an exact price, said they would call later and let me know, never got the call for the quote, on top of that they told me they would have the mirrors no later than a certain date, a week has passed since then. The gentleman on the phone sounded like he was always in a rush to get off the phone, so I found a lack of customer service. The wife was friendly though. Overall service was horrible and found other places comparable to price but with better customer service.

We wanted the glass right away. I called several glass & mirror companies but couldn't find a satisfactory response, i.e. voicemail, technician is "out" or a week-long wait for everything. I was referred to Remington by a salesperson at New Canadians/Home Hardware. Gerry was able to cut the glass within one hours time (as promised). The aluminum sash required several days as it had to be disassembled before the glass could be replaced. I had a good experience with Remington Glass & Mirror.
