V	Val Koziol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service. Misleading “7 day return” policy on the website. The return clock starts from when you PAY FOR your item, not when you TAKE DELIVERY of your item. I purchased several items, took delivery, and decided within 24 hours that they did not fit into my new home. I needed to return them. I contacted Keith and he said returns were impossible because I had paid for them a few weeks earlier and I was outside the “7 day return” policy. I had just taken delivery the previous day!! I had no idea that “Purchase” is not the same as “Delivery”, no one told me and it is not written anywhere that this is the case. So I asked Keith if I could resell back to the store. Keith said they didn’t have any space and HE WOULD NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEM BACK!! So now I am stuck with several items that I have to resell/rehome on my own. Keith had promised to send me a PDF of descriptions of all items (from the website) - this would at least help me resell. But he hasn’t even done that. He’s ghosted me. Terrible customer service, and just plain misleading. Be very careful if you buy anything from this store.

All the staff are friendly , helpful , and knowledgeable. The quality of the pieces is top notch. We can’t go in without coming out with something amazing. So glad we found this gem of a store.

When I attempted to enter the store the gentleman sitting at the front desk would not let me in without a mask; and when I asked him if he had one he gave me a snarkley look and said no rudely. The store was completely empty. My issue wasn't wearing a mask I just simply didn't have one on me at that moment. I did not appreciate the attitude as if my business was not welcomed, Very rude as if he was above me with his snarkley, glim look on his face. Again the entire store was completely empty with not one customer.

I knew it was midcentury and I always liked it, but I never really knew what I had until I reached out to Keith @ Vintage Home Boutique. Keith is like an encyclopedia of knowledge in this area. Not only could he identify the designer(s) and the quality of the items with just a few blurry photographs, he gave me entire backgrounds/histories/building processes with these Scandinavian designers. He advised that the items I had would definitely be a worthwhile investment for a full restore - even outside of the sentimental value. His wife Maureen did magical work on my 6 piece dining set by Henning Kjaernulf that had been without any professional maintenance in probably 40+ years. She got it looking much how I imagined it did when my Grandmother bought it sometime in the early 60s.

This is my first purchase with VHB, but I've known them to a reputable seller of fine MCM furniture in the city. I was confident with the authenticity and condition of their products, and communication with Keith (the owner) was fantastic via Instagram. Keith was great in answering my questions beforehand and later set me up with a FaceTime appointment with one of his sales associate so that I can 'see' the desk virtually before making the purchase. The desk was delivered within a few days, so overall, the entire experience was wonderful and smooth-sailing! Thank you!
