The Receptionist was very informal in her speech, she was eating at the desk (even though a 2nd Receptionist was there) and her personal phone was clearly open to social media. These behaviours would never occur in an Office I managed because she was my 1st impression and it was sadly lacking.

A WARNING ABOUT UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES OF REGUS. I’m sharing our impression of doing a business with Regus. If I could give zero stars, I would happily do it! I would like to warn people out there to never deal with Regus: this is the worst company to deal with. They start like positioning themselves as a flexible and convenient way of leading an office space, but then, when you try to terminate your agreement, they will keep invoicing you, and you end up with thousands of dollars to pay for the office space that you didn’t even use! In our case, we rented an office for a month only, but now we have thousands of dollars of outstanding fees to pay Regus... when we terminated an agreement with them, they sent us a confirmation of the termination. We thought... okay, everything is good now. But these cheaters kept invoicing us and when we tried to show them their written termination confirmation, they just ignored it!! They said they don’t know about it because it’s not in their system. Their β€œhelpful” account desk does not help at all... it takes weeks to get an answer from them, and then when you finally get an answer from them, they say... β€œoh, that’s what we see in our system... sorry”. Never call them to check out the account issue... this is the most unreliable way of communication with them!!! they tell you something, and you believe it... but then, when the problem arises, they say β€œoh, we didn’t say that!” So if you care about your your money, don’t deal with this company: you can’t trust them!! They are going an unfair business in Canada and just rob Canadians!! The most disgusting company and people I’ve ever dealt with!!! Shame on you Regus!!

I wouldn't recommend for a small business unless you're in a pinch. We were paying about $2000/month for a small office that can seat 2-3 people, no windows, etc. It a couple hundred square feet.We were ok with that, until we realized they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. There's a fee per user of $30 something bucks per month to cover any beverages you may or may not use from the kitchen (which is outrageous - I can't drink that much coffee or pop even if I wanted to, and I bring my own, as do the rest of my staff). Printing costs are triple the costs of going to Staples. They promote how they have shared boardrooms - and they do, but you have to pay for it (it's not included in the office rental). We wanted to put a whiteboard up in our room - we were told we'd have to rent it from them at a cost of $30/month (seriously?!) as we have to use their furniture. I do have to say the administrative ladies we deal with there are absolutely wonderful (Holly especially) and she's pretty much the only reason I'm giving higher than 1 star. It's expensive - ridiculously expensive, and NOTHING is covered by your really high rental fees - all the things they promote that seem to make it worth the cost (admin help - but you have to pay for it. Shared boardrooms - but you have to rent them. Shared kitchen - but they charge you per employee to access it whether you want to or not. Your name on the directory - for $200+. Internet included - for $100+ per person per month. Shared printer - costs more to print 20 pages than it is to buy your own printer. Furnished - but you have to rent anything from them at a per month cost beyond the desk and chair. Etc). We've spent a fortune on our office and are so relieved our lease is done - we never want to deal with Regus again.

I had a room on the third floor, and the floor is clean and quiet. The janitors, faculty/staff, and receptionists are really nice. There's also a kitchen where you can refrigerate your food for up to one week, but there's no pantry. There's a microwave, a sink, but no stove. There's a printer, a paper shredder, and a paper cutter. There's also a lounge where guests and other people could stay in, with a nice view overlooking the area.

Was a tenant of Regus Quarry Park for years. They asked for 18% increase in rent this year with Calgary having one of the highest office vacancy rates in North America. The person that called me to negotiate the new lease called from Texas who had zero understanding of the local economic conditions. I ended up finding nicer office space for less than half the price I was paying at Regus - and my new space includes underground parking! Further, I don't have to pay each time to use a board room or a meeting room. I will never go back to Regus. This is a company that doesn't appreciate it's customers or front line staff.

I am a tenant in this complex and, unlike the review from Peg, I find the Regus team here very professional. Eating at your desk is actually a sign of a hard worker. They are always ready to help. I have lots of my team or clients come to the front reception and the staff is super professional. They make me look good. If you are looking for an office in the SW not to far from Deerfoot or Glenmore, this is the place. Loads of free parking and easy access to the cost effective facilities.

Fabulous experience! So thankful for Patrick, Dana and Jamie ! We were in unexpectedly in limbo between office spaces and not only did they accommodate us, they went above and beyond to help us whenever possible. I would recommend this space to anyone. Truly thankful and impressed. It was a pleasure to spend time here.

One of the absolute worst office experiences I have ever had. Overcharged and nickel, dimed at ever turn -- for hundreds of dollars. If you plan on working weekends or after hours - don't bother - the ventilation, AC and heat is turned off which makes work unbearable. In the end, I could not utilize the office for the final 4 months of rental with my work schedule. Read your agreement carefully! I would not recommend a Regus to any serious professional - complete waste of money - and the customer NEVER comes first.
