In both applications Daniel was incredibly professional, transparent, and quick, while also keeping that human touch. Anyone who goes through any immigration process knows that it can be incredibly stressful and anxiety-ridden. Daniel recognizes this and, by explaining the process and maintaining an open door for any and all questions, he makes sure that his clients are included in each step of the process. It's still a stressful process, but Daniel makes sure you know what's going on and what you can expect.
