Bright, open spaces. Friendly and eager-to-please reception staff. Easily accessible location for people who drive. The only thing I would ask for better is having filtered water on site.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great facilities that include coffee, tea, vending machines and so on. They've got a few high end board rooms to choose from at this location.

When I decided to sell my office and semi-retire, I needed a real space where I could have mail delivered, documents picked up and dropped off, and, on occasion, meet people. I have used Regus now for more than two years and am exceptionally happy with this location. The offices and boardrooms are meticulously clean, bright, and cheerful. The staff is exceptional; more than once have I forgotten to book space until the last moment, and space has been found for me. Highly recommended.

Regus is an international brand of offices known for poor customer service. If you rent from them, be very wary of the fine print. They'll charge you various "restoration fees" to get an extra dollar out of you when you end your office agreement. If you need to speak to customer service, you'll be sadly disappointed. They do not reply to inquiries sent through their website. If you call their customer service line to speak to someone about your account, you're asked to call back during business hours - even if it is the beginning of the workday in the middle of the week. In fact, it only seems like they reach out to you in response to poor reviews from customers, so here I am again. To the Regus employee that reads this and has the fortune to have to respond to this post, I'm still waiting for you to waive the ridiculous "restoration fee" - 25% of the one month I rented from you??? - from my account. Until then, I'll continue to leave poor reviews of your company at any chance that I get. Think about it this way, you can keep my $98 - a small nominal fee - while I continue to work diligently to persuade people to rent office space elsewhere. I'll leave the math up to you.

Worse customer service ever. You will never get the responses from them or pick up the phone during the business hour. We have already paid online for additional month and it has been posted on the bank statement. But they said they didn’t get it. The account still showed unpaid. So it’s ghosting???????? We tried to contact them after, they NEVER got back to us!! Stay away from this horrible company.
