It was looking more and more like we would have to settle for a design build option which was going to delay our plans. Steve was instrumental in finding a solution that not only provided us with exactly what we wanted but met both our timing and budget constraints as well. Since then, and with Steve's help, we have found additional office space in a number of different markets including Waterloo, Winnipeg and Minneapolis. Steve has been and continues to be a great asset and a strong partner.
