They also had a bunch of food like soups and salads but we were in smoothie zone so we both got the Blue Sky and Blue Moon. Absolutely delicious! If I lived in Guelph I would go there every day!

The juice portions are generous and filling. I have never been interested in juicing because I figured I could get all the benefits from simply eating the food. I started drinking their juices when I couldn't get rid of a cold, I figured I had nothing to lose, nothing else worked and I was sick and tired of the cold. I think the juices ultimately helped me to finally kick the cold. I am a repeat customer and look forward to the end of the pandemic restrictions so they can reopen.

Also there store hours are stupid from a customer service perspective. Place has dropped in standing since I first went to their store. Might drop my rating to 2 stars.

Amanda and her staff are so lovely and always chat with me while preparing my order. I feel so light and energized after my visits here. Love this place!

The one pictured below is their Soul Bowl as it is the most popular, and is delicious ? I will say the price of their items are quite pricy, but for the good food, it’s definitely worth it once in awhile.
