★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular booster juice customer I tend to go to booster juice more then once a week, the other day I waited around 20 minutes for my order to be taken lately I have been finding the service very slow especially around dinner time when it gets busy. Sometimes the employee will even wash dishes in between serving the customers when there is a big line. One one of my recent visits I had to ask other customers ahead of me if I could go ahead or else I would have been late for where I was going that time I also waited just over 20 minutes. The employee will take one order and not multi task on serving other customers, not really good customer service I love the smoothies and booster juice not sure how much I will go anymore since it takes so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always had a good experience here. The young man working there warned me the juice I ordered (wild Berry basil) has consistently gotten bad reviews for being too basil and no berries. I tried it anyway and it's delicious. I personally don't enjoy super sweet drinks so I stay away from certain choices on the menu. Wild Berry basil is a perfect blend of all flavors in my opinion. Don't order this if you aren't used to subtle drinks. All the matcha choices are also yummy for those of you like me who enjoy subtle flavours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a turn off when employees are looking at their phones while the blender is going half way through making your smoothie. Cellphones are filthy and employees should wash their hands after using it. The manager should kindly ask employees to make sure customers do not see them on their phones and go around the corner if they must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no one in the store, there was no need to rush my order. I was told it would take four minutes to heat my wrap and I nodded politely. She instead rushed it and I left the store only to bite into a freezing cold wrap. The cost was disappointing. Over $8.00 for a wrap with absolutely nothing in it. Waste of my money and time.
