★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Reduxwood via instagram and loved many of their pieces posted there without even knowing their flagship store was located just a few kms away from me in North Vancouver BC ! We found the perfect coffee table for our newly built house in Kelowna BC when we visited Reduxwood in North Van. It was indeed a pleasure dealing with Shaun and the rest of Reduxwood crew. I highly recommend this hidden jewel of wood furniture if you are looking for that unique signature piece for your space.

From booking our very first appointment to final delivery, Monica, Conrad, Deanna and Shaun have been a pleasure to do Buisiness with. They kept us informed of our tables progress every step of the way, they stored it for months waiting for our home to be built and kept good care of it. It was so exciting to see our table in its new home. Delivery was seamless and it showed that they cared for their customer. Thanks everyone at Redux, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I was simply blown away by the variety of exotic woods from around the world and knew that I had to put it in my own restaurant. Each amazing piece tells a story in itself that we are telling it to our customers time and time again. We feel fortunate to carry their product in our restaurant so much so that we want to tell the world . If you don’t believe me, come and check it out yourself at Studio East Asian Gastropub in Halifax Nova Scotia. See for yourself why we are so excited to show off all 4 different pieces.

Hands down, the best customer experience I have had in a very long time with any company. Reduxwood's attention to detail on every step of the process was excellent. I selected a piece of wood to use as a table top I was building and the quality and finish were absolutely amazing. Even the method upon which the piece was packaged and shipped showed incredible care and outstanding quality. I would gladly use Reduxwood for any future wood project and highly recommend them if you are in the market for an outstanding product that will make a statement and last for generations. They consistently exceeded my expectations every step of the way.

Staff is friendly and approachable. We were excited to pick a table and get the finish customized to what we want. Reduxwood West listened to our requirements and delivered on a beautiful bleached wood dining table and bench. Delivery wasn't a problem in California, USA. White gloved delivery to our door and set up. We couldn't be happier and would recommend them to everyone who wants an unique, quality product in your home!
