★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've taken my computer in to Computer Central a couple times (for malware issues). They have definitely got the work done and got my computer back up and running, which is why I gave them 3 stars. Their prices are quite high so I deducted a star for that. On top of that, the last time my $2700 Alienware came back with scratches out of the finish, from what I can only guess, the technician didn't know how to remove the keyboard properly to access the hard drive. I wasn't a happy camper. Another star deducted. :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried ordering a PC from here in October of 2021, I gave them $4100 as per a quote they sent me on a PC. I was told the PC would be there December 16th but could get delayed. Come middle of January I had no PC and no info on it. I tried for 2 weeks to get info on it and they would dodge my calls and not return them. Finally I come to find out there is no PC for me and they still can't find one. So I request to speak to a manager. The manager, Stacey, told me she would personally find me a PC and would eat the cost difference. 2 days later she calls and says she's found one but I would have to pay another $500. I immediately asked for a refund. That was January 27th 2022. Its now February 11th and they still have not refunded my $4100.
Was refunded shortly after this post, apparently the refund got 'flagged' and sent to the CEO's junkmail. They couldn't figure out how to properly refund me so they they e-transfered me the $4100....

Small businesses backing each other up. I had a review on here before and it somehow disappeared. Noticed it when I went to log in and update. well... It's back! Thanks Bee for the friendly conversations, and the tech working in the back taking the time to chat!
