★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a phone from Coven Technical services, right off the bat the screen had issues, I dismissed it as it was a second hand phone and bought at a relatively low cost. After dropping it (with a screen protector and case) the glue holding the phone screen down gave, letting the screen pop up. I messaged them about it seeing if they could have a look at it, they replied for me to come into the shop within business hours and they’d see what they could do. When I came in the owner blew me off by saying I had just barely caught him in time when I was coming in well within their business hours. He blamed me for dropping my phone and told me to buy a new screen without even looking at the screen to see if it could be fixed as is before. I took it to IFIX to get a second opinion and upon inspection the phone had a cheap replacement that was installed incorrectly causing the screen to rise and it to skip when I tried to use it. Go somewhere else, the low cost of labour and materials should be telling.

Open your minds Medicine Hat and see Cody or Brock for any computer need. I learned more about my computer in 20 minutes from such knowledgeable, patient and caring gentlemen than in all the years I have used any other service.
This business spent time explaining and showing me everything I needed to know without the impatience I have experienced at other shops. I am no longer afraid to hit the wrong key or lose information because I have 2 guys that are willing and extremely capable to assist in any question or problem I may come across.
Whether you are knowledgeable and want a rebuild or upgrade, have some knowledge and need a repair or transferring or learning a new system, I recommend Coven Technical Services. The customer service is beyond reproach, the work is excellent and you get all of this at a fraction of the cost in a fast, friendly and very capable manner.
