★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent gym. The workouts are challenging and functional. Simon is extremely attentive and even though you're in a group workout setting, he makes you feel as though you're getting private lessons. Makes me feel like a special boy.

Not only do you attend a class with lots of personalized modifications to best suit your abilities and goals, but you also feel welcomed and comfortable in a covid safe and professional atmosphere. I loved the workout and I am so excited to go back! Ps. they also give you a variety of at home options including stretches, workouts and so much more for after your class / on your rest days! If you're thinking about attending, definitely do it!
