I went to her after years of pain and inactivity due to rheumatoid arthritis, discouraged after countless attempts to stay active that only caused flare-ups that made things worse. Nancy is the goddess of finding methods that take into account my limitations of the day (and they seem to change every day!) and still allow me to work out safely and effectively. Now, almost a year later, I am feeling better and stronger, more positive and confident that I can stay active and mobile. If you are thinking you can't work out because of your own physical limitations, you couldn't be in better hands than Nancy's.

I have had both hips replaced recently and with the dilligents and Nancy's large and ever updating knowledge base I am working my self back to being more fit . With this Covid issue going on Nancy has moved mountains to follow the guide lines set up to insure her clients keep up their fitness and health. I know we appreciates every challenge she has met to make this happen for us. Love you Nancy and looking forward to the time we can hug again as you deserve a huge hug.

Right from the start of our beautiful fitness / lifestyle-affirming friendship, Nancy listened to what I was looking for and worked closely with me to build the perfect-for-me fitness / lifestyle program. She was positive, encouraging and supportive throughout our time together. She did not push, but made sure I had the information I needed to get to where I wanted to be on a schedule that worked for me. A breath of fresh air when all was said and done.
Her studio is open, welcoming and effective to the needs of her clients. She runs a wide variety of health, fitness and lifestyle programs ensuring there is something for everyone, no matter their health and fitness level, wants or needs.
As someone who has been less than active for longer than I care to admit, I highly recommend Nancy and her studio for anyone looking to get their fitness / lifestyle practices back up and running or simply keep their motor running.
