★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with this company for approx 8 years. I had a breakdown today on one of my older pieces Equipment. I had tried to find the parts to be able to do the repair on my own, and called a number of other parts stores. Thankfully Nora is extremely knowledgable with older tractor parts and got the replacement parts on order very quickly and thankfully they were only one day away. Sometimes I do forget to give these fine folks a call when problems arise, but always they are ready to help. Thanks Again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with Chris, Jason, Alex and Nora at Harbour City Equipment for just over a year now after the purchase of Kioti tractor, equipment trailer and a few attachments. Always had quick, friendly service from all four, from warranty work to purchasing additional equipment. Very helpful staff in all aspects of equipment etc. Hey, they have great coffee too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2017 I purchased a brand new cub cadet side by side, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Since then, it has been a nightmare, the side by side is broken more than is running, not from use or abuse, worked fine for about 6 months and then look out, it currently has 240hrs on it and the tires are still brand new. It has been into HCEs shop several times , works for about a day or so and then is down again. Last time I took it in, about 2 weeks ago. Took me 3 weeks to get an appointment and they literally crazy glued and duct taped it back together and a spark plug I think, charged me 600 bucks, said the replacement parts would be another 600(reasonable) and the labour to install them would be another 600 ( why wouldn't you do the parts in the first place?) , said it was fine and I could take it home, the thing worked for 20 mins, had to tow it home. . I called to express my displeasure, no one really seemed to interested in helping me with this situation. so I'm glad everyone else has had a positive experience with HCE and I dont want to take away from that, but I am stuck with a 10k lemon and no one really seems interested or appreciative that something they sold me has been inoperable for the majority of its life and they have been unable to fix it properly on the several times it has been in to them. 240hrs... is still brand new. Maybe this will get to the manager or owner, maybe not but I'm not sure what else to do.
I do believe the staff at HCE mean well in general, however this one has clearly gotten away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are on "IT" knowledgeable and no b.s., I never felt pressured but also felt like their only client.they also had the tractor & accessories and implements in stock. I bought the tractor sight unseen and feel very satisfied with the Cs2210. The Backhoe works very quickly and super fun, for small projects. They told me what to upgrade to be able to use my tractor to its full potential, and steered me away from spending unnecessary money.
