โ โ โ โ โ From my experience, Real Fruit Bubble Tea is amazing! They have a variety of different flavours and they all taste amazing. My favourite is the Taro Milk Tea. It was not too sweet, but not too bland either. The Peach Green Tea was also good, but it was a bit too sweet for my liking. I highly recommend this place if you're a fan of bubble tea!

โ โ โ โ โ As I was leaving St Laurent today shortly after 2pm I witness a scene occurring at this location. I had to stop and listen at how out outrageous this one associate being to the other. I never got her name but she was really short and was yelling at her associate by the cash about not wanting to work with someone who was so annoying... EXCUSE ME WHAT?? I'm pretty sure I watched a girl walk out of work crying today. As a customers point of view... i'm never stepping foot in there.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible experience! The mango diamond slush is my go-to and is absolutely delicious except at this location. The mango chunks were not ripe at all and were cut to big and did not fit in the straw. Service wasnโt great either.

โ โ โ โ โ Came back for my mango Diamond slush itโs the best slush in Ottawa. All the crews are nice and helpful and the manger is so nice should be raised. The place is always clean with a lot of fresh fruits to choose. Also tried their homemade tapioca itโs good and healthier, another supper obsessed โค๏ธ?

โ โ โ โ โ The worst customer service I experienced ever in Ottawa. The guy was working, was rude and asked me extra money for a cup! Ridiculous! I told him, I am not gonna give a good review based on my experience and he replied that doesnโt matter!
For sure, I will not visit the store ever! It sucks!!

โ โ โ โ โ One of my best experiences at this store. Came in around 4:15-4:30ish and was served by a nice young man (forgot to get his name) and received the best customer service. Was friendly, polite, and very engaging from the beginning. Service was smooth from that point on and would like to see him here more often as I have not seen him at the store before!

โ โ โ โ โ I got the Mango Diamond Slush with pearls. The mango flavour was legit! I was expecting more mango chunks though and some of my pearls were clumped together, plugging up my straw. My partner got the almond milk tea with pearls and his drink was good without clumping.
