★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living three provinces away, I was worried about finding a company that would be able to look after our flooring project without me there. Not only did RBT do a fantastic job with the renovated flooring at our home in Kelowna, they communicated often by email and phone, and they completed the project on time. I own short term and long term rental properties and we have had bad experiences with contractors, RBT was a stand out, and I will absolutely definitely call them back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My apartment was flooded from the apartment above early one evening around 8:00pm, January 2022. The building management company called RBT and Brie arrived within an hour. She assessed what work needed to be performed to start dryout. The next morning a team of people arrived cutting strategic holes in the walls and ceilings while setting up a dehumidifier along with heaters. Two days later another team arrived and cut out all the damaged drywall from the walls and ceilings. Another team arrived less than a week later to start the restoration work.
I have to say that Brie and Giles were brilliant to work with, very technically informative while providing constant updates. The teams of people that arrived were very polite while their work was effective, efficient and clean, real professionals!
Their mudder and painter, Connie, is super, an excellent job done.
I would like to thank Brie and Giles for removing the stress from a difficult situation. RBT comes with my highest recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience with RBT. They were quick to respond and clean up from our basement flood. Brie was excellent in working with our adjuster to ensure that we got covered for all the damages and connecting parts. The repairs were done on time and were of great quality.

The owner was hands on at the assessment and completion review stages and the project manager, Brie, communicated developments and updates in a timely and clear manner. All workers and especially Debbie were meticulous in reducing the inconvenience caused to us by the work and in cleaning up after each stage of the work. We were very happy with the work of this company.

They are so knowledgable, bring so much expertise and support to the process, are super friendly, kind and professional. They gave us great advice on how to finish our basement, it turned out amazing and added so much value to our home. Everyone who worked on our home did so with so much care and attention to detail. They also were super timely and on top of everything. I am so grateful we chose to work with RBT Kelowna and recommend their services to everyone! You will be so grateful you chose to work with them too!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very happy with RBT and the work they did for us! They came immediately when our dishwasher leaked and we had water everywhere. They cleaned it up quickly and helped us sort out our options.
RBT also did a remodel job for us and we are extremely pleased with their work and the process. Brie was amazing at keeping to a schedule and also at getting back to us and answering all of our questions throughout the project. I highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waking up to the startling realization that water was pouring from our kitchen ceiling, we immediately called RBT and within an hour Brie and Giles were on site. I can't begin to express how relieved and well taken care of we felt during such an unsettling time. RBT took our kitchen through the entire restoration process, right through to refinishing with impeccable detail. The project management was spot-on with clear communication, helpful advice, and follow-up site visits. The RBT employees were all friendly and respectful professionals and did a great job of accommodating me working from home (and our overly friendly dog). The entire process felt smooth and our kitchen was back together in what felt like record time.
Can't thank the RBT team enough and would highly recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This flood came at the worst time and two days before my birthday! Brie and Giles at RBT came in and took amazing care of my home and me going beyond my expectations. There was even a lovely bouquet of flowers left for me on my birthday! The restoration was beautifully done (as you can see in the photo) and I was updated on progress regularly.
From here on in I will only RBT for restoration, they are hands down the best!
