★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used hydraclean multiple times on my properties due to flood or fire and Mark and his team are great. From first contact, to remediation to renovation, they look afyer everything. Have had bad experiences with Stutters, Belfour and especially Winmar, Hydraclean has never let us down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING! Take your business elsewhere! These guys cleaned and removed mold from a property that I rented in Kelowna. I have never in my life felt so ripped off then when I received the bill. They would have had to had a team of lawyers supervising to justify this non sense. What an absolute rip off, I sincerely hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family had a water main burst resulting in 4-6" water in the basement. Hydraclean was on site within 1/2hr to start mitigation. The end product was more than we could ever hope for. Amazing and quick job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark and his team at Hydraclean are true professionals and are a pleasure to work with during what are often considered unfortunate events in your life. I've used Hydraclean twice in the past five years for water damage in my home. They were very prompt and acted quickly to mitigate any further damage. They coordinated with contractors on any work that couldn't be completed in house by their awesome team and I felt completely confident in knowing my house would be repaired to a level even better than before the damage. They communicated along the way and kept us informed. Thank you so very much for all of your help! Our house looks amazing thank to you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A flood led to a subsequent reno and they assisted every step of the way. First off, the remediation work from the flood was outstanding. Responsiveness being key. The communication is great and every person on their crew is great to deal with. We went thru the laborious task of planning + deciding on a reno and they were VERY patient with our several pivots. It was important to me to complete some of the remediation work before Christmas so we could enjoy our space and they worked hard to get the basement fixed in perfect time. Would highly recommend.

They are professional, respectful of the space, on time, and a pleasure to work with in what are often challenging circumstances. Hydraclean is my go-to company for any issues related to fire, flood, mould, etc. I highly recommend them. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ask almost anyone in Grand Forks what HydroClean has done to this community. Lived in a rental with no power in the bottom half of a Townhouse in January. “I’ll get an electrician” was the last I heard of them. 3 months later they finally came. I’ve since found other accommodations to rent thankfully. I’m still not sure if the place had mold or asbestos?
