s	sofia l on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen a bank more unorganized then this location, the wait times can be anywhere from 45 mins onward you wait outside i watched seniors who can hardly stand trying to wait out the times in this bank its sad. i have an account with Scotia and never have i seen the wait times this bank offers, i am going to move my mortgage next week i am done with this branch
J	John willis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment on the phone for today Dec 5 at 3 o'clock. When I arrived the man at the door was very rude. He could not find my appointment and tried nothing to help me figure this out. I was basically told you don't have an appointment and to leave. No customer service at all and a very ignorant front staff. During these covid times I assure you I don't want to be in your bank and after this experience I am changing who I bank with. You really need to do something about this ignorant greeter.

Special thanks to Shannon, who has an above and beyond approach towards customers, very helpful, kind and deserves a 5 stars. I personally witnessed how she deals very professionally with impatient, rude and ignorant customers. Thank you all again in RBC MillWoods branch.

Their services were prompt and efficient, I also used the ATM and had no issues at all. Wonderful experience

The RBC online banking website sucks when you try to do things which are not as commonly done. They have super long wait times on the phone. Overall inconsistencies and frustration.

I almost gave up when I went in and was asked to come back for an appointment. Shalin Patel noticed this immediately and volunteered to sort it out for me. He went above and beyond and is very thorough with his work. I also want to say Micheal Shein what a star the only reason I'm still with RBC is because he changed things around for me. Goes the extra mile you would never know he was your typical Manager so polite and friendly

She said she was the manager by name Dora, was there with a friend to get some money from his bank account, Dora racial profiled him and asked that she will not let him have the money despite my friend showing his ID, bank card and pin. This is for no reason and uncalled for, she said she is referring the withdrawal to fraud department, her reason was there was just an etransfer into the account. Friend had to produced the etransfer sender and again, sender has to go through rigorous identification even though she has rbc card, her ID and pin verified. Dora need to go through her (sender) online banking app before she will let the friend has the fund. This is systemic racism and it should not happen in year 2022
