★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an extremely good experience here. The staff were all very polite and made sure to make me feel welcome. Setting up a new account was a pain free and simple process. They explained everything in as much detail as needed without wasting my time. As a new arrival to the country it was nice to have an overview of how the Canadian banking system works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julia Campbell at Broadway and Cambie was very helpful yesterday. My appointment was only to open up a bank account for a holding company. This is a ton of a paper work and not a lot of reward for the branch. She also spontaneously helped me set up a corporate direct investing account for which I did not have an appointment. The service was very professional and efficient. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment with Val Shibilev. Took time off work to be there in person. Val however chose to leave the branch for another commitment with out any notice to myself. Shows how detail oriented this advisor is. I would recommend looking up other reviews of him.
Thankfully, the person at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. I wish I had remembered his name. He was very apologetic for his coworker's incompetence even though it was not his fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been banking with this branch since 2018. Gerald Choy is beyond stellar and is the reason why I am super happy with RBC and this branch. I can honestly say that I have not received this level of service by any professional in any bank (I bank with multiple Banks). Truly perceptive to our needs, not only has every request been met on a timely basis, but his service and professionalism has always exceeded our expectations. Kudos to the team and especially Gerald.

She was rude, unrespectful... I wonder where she gets her certificate in management, she definitely need to go back to school and start from grade 1.

Two individuals in particular Val and Francisco.. Both professional., patient, very competent. They both spent a lot of time with me and I was not rushed.
