Had appointment on February 28th 9:00 AM. Receptionist will not accept my appointment even though I had confirmation in writing. Very rude young lady. Finally, I had to leave. I have never been treated with such a bad attitude from a receptionist. Never met you before but she decided she didn't want to serve me. Sad. Sorry that I was not able to continue with the physiotherapist (Mr. Tong)

Louise has been very effective in managing my hip arthritis and I've been able to avoid hip replacement surgery and now off my anti inflammatories for over 1 year. Using IMS / medical acupuncture, she knows the trigger areas that effect my hip and allows the joint to move more freely and this reduces joint pain and referred pain. Initially I was seeing Louise every 1 - 2 weeks but now on a maintenance program of monthly visits which allows me to maintain an active lifestyle. I'm a physician / surgeon and was initially skeptical of this approach but Louise has impressed me with her skill set, professionalism and results! I highly recommend Louise for anyone who suffers from chronic musculoskeletal pain

I came here twice for the same injury, and had Jon as my physiotherapist. The first time was unimpressive, and the second time was completely unacceptable. I literally felt forgotten about numerous times, as I was quintuple booked. He would give me two minutes of instruction, and then disappear for 10 minutes while I was left twiddling my thumbs. He was rather impatient and passive aggressive. Overall, I think I got about 15-20 minutes of one-on-one time in the space of 2 hours. Tedious. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I won't be back. I was recommended Main Street Physiotherapy by a friend, and they are just so much better it's ridiculous (for the same price to boot).

Louise is one of the best medical practitioners I have ever met. She is skilled, kind, and gifted; the operative word being, gifted. She has a deep sense of the muscular system and confident strategy towards addressing the problem. It really is one of those fortuitous moments in life to be able to meet her. Do yourself a favor and pay her a visit.

Only went once as the PT kindly informed me that their clinic is not the right type for my condition (scoliosis) Front desk was not able to give me estimate how much the cost would be without booking me for an appointment first. She also told me to schedule myself online even though I was already there. The physiotherapist was very nice and knowledgeable. Knows how to connect with clients .

Saw Janet for the first time today. She was AWESOME!! She completely understood my pain and had a plan right away. It was a very efficient appointment. I feel like we completed more in one session than what could have taken 2 or 3. Going back in a week!!

My friend had a total knee replacement and had to meet certain benchmarks before seeing the surgeon. During the 4th week of physio she realized that the goals were not being met and she was very discouraged and disappointed. I advised her to meet with Jason Tong to discuss the necessity of meeting certain goals. My friend had only 4 physio sessions with Jason before seeing the surgeon, and Jason guided her with encouragement and assistance to achieve the benchmarks. Even the surgeon was very pleased with the results and send accolades to Jason for encouraging my friend to achieve the benchmarks in such a short time period (6 weeks after surgery). Jason, thank you for all your hard work and putting a smile back on friend's face.

I had a physio appointment with Louise. Literally within 60 seconds of meeting me she had "diagnosed" my problem completely. Within 3 minutes of meeting her she had determined that I would need at least 6 sessions with her in total. I exercise a lot which I told her, she didn't ask any questions about type, frequency or intensity of my exercise. She basically didn't ask me any questions at all or spend any time at all either trying to figure what was wrong with me or making sure she had it right. She also had multiple patients which she was seeing at exactly the same time, so spent a large portion (more than half) of the appointment with other patients. I walked in there in a lot of pain, and walked out in a lot of pain, confident that the physio couldn't care less and was just focused on bringing patients back and making as much money as possible. Clearly does not feel any moral obligation to actually help her patients at all. People like that should not be able to continue practising, in my opinion.
