Employees are so rude.
I showed up 1.25 hour before closing they kicked out in the most brutal way, while I still explain to them how much in pain I was. Brutal, headless people. One of them she was polishing her nail while she was talking to me and brutally asked me to leave. This clinic looks like a beauty salon or like fashion show.

The receptionist was kind and helpful, the call that I was told would be in 45 minutes was in about 1hr, (which for healthcare is fantastic!!), and the doctor who called me for my appointment was knowledgeable, understanding, and caring. Would recommend and will go again :)

Not accepting new patients, and all existing patients needs a telephone consult before booking with a doctor.
awful to get here and be turned away at the door. With no alternatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment today with the pediatric for my son. We already came 3 times during the pandemic we never had any issue. Today without telling the parents we had the surprise when we arrived : only one person can go to the room, you have to pay for a mask, and make the parent wait outside... In addition the woman from the front desk was really rude, she gave no explanation. Not allowing a parent to go to the appointment for his child, is this normal? Never even I will go to this clinic, I'm really disappointed. Again no issue with covid-19 regulations, since March we never had any problem with them... But prevent people of your changes, be professional & kind please
