I wanted to repay my mortgage, but the staff did not know what to do, so I tried another branch in Willingdon, and realized that guy from Kensington sent a wrong payment instruction when it was not authorized by me. Unbelievable.

Closed on Tuesday Feb 23/21 at 3:15pm when your website says you're open? Whats up with THAT? Several business customers arrived to deposit money and cheques...not impressed.

The clerk made several counting mistakes and the manager was not willing to help us. She made us feel like we were a burden as we were making a deposit. We are switching banks due to this.

Best customer service here! I recently just opened a new account with Amy at this branch. She is extremely helpful and incredibly kind. The staff have also been so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this branch to anyone!

Staff are friendly and quick. Very professional! Also wanted to leave a 5 star for the online/phone service I've had at RBC In general. Same feedback. Very courteous, quick to explain issues and solutions, and always offer alternatives to my benefit.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. First you get automated voice, then you have to have a client card or a credit card?? What if you are not a customer? Then you ask for a branch person and there is no one. Of course there are no managers ever available which as we all know is a stall technique. Then after all that they disconnect the line. Why does anyone deal with this bank - they overcharge you and their customer service is atrocious.

Normally I don't write reviews but I have had such excellent service from Harry Wong that I had to take the time to mention this. My wife and I have met with him for both personal and business banking, and we always leave shocked at how far ahead of the curve he stands. He always goes above and beyond what we came in for. We have never had an advisor with such genuine interest in helping people with their banking, at his level of expertise and efficiency.

I have been a long time client at this branch and never had I ever experienced such poor customer service until today. I had scheduled a meeting with an advisor, Amber, by video conference and I was never sent the link to attend the meeting. I had to call into customer service and after 20 minutes I was finally connected to Amber. Not only did she not apologise for not sending the link, she began to speak about how she handles a different set of "clientele" and how it was my fault for choosing the wrong type of meeting. I have never been spoken to in such a rude, condescending tone before by an advisor and I will likely be switching banks after this experience.
