β β β β β This branch is useless. It's the closest to our house and we go to another branch. They are not proactive, and will wait until something goes wrong before they try and fix it.

β β β β β The service here is extremely slow. There were only two other clients in the branch being serviced and three tellers working. One of the tellers could not resolve a problem for the client and had to wait for a branch manager to assist... who only showed up 10 mins later. There was no one else in line except me... One of the seemingly available teller saw me waiting patiently but decided to walk away to do other more "important things". On a relatively slow day at this branch I waited 20 minutes without any service and had to leave to another branch where my business is valued. I can't imagine how long the wait would be on regular day.

β β β β β This branch is known for racial profiling. They make it harder for POC to cash cheques but deliver excellent and efficient customer service to their own......Asian. I've been a customer with TD for 10 years and this location, along with the branch on Kingsway
next to Price Smart treat me badly compared to other branches that I go to. I've sent an email to the branch manager about the horrible service that I received and no one got back to me....but I'm not surprised.

β β β β β No one is picking up the phone so i had to come in to ask a fairly simple question. The service poor, slow and impolite in some cases. I am a long term customer of TD using tons of their products and yet there is no difference and no customer service at all. should probably just switch one day

β β β β β Sorry to give you 2 stars, didn't mean the location is bad or the services is bad, it's just not knowledgeable to do the cross border banking even they have staff trained as an advisors.
