I went there for the first time and been welcomed by branch manager (puneh) and Helen Li did my paperwork in a very short time..
I'm so glad to meet this people and wanna thanks them for the great service they offered me..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guy said get a better credit card. Will cost u $120 a month, but since i have a premium bmo account, money would be reimbersed. Not true. Guy said that would only 'take' unless i activated it, not true. Took the money. Didn't activate it. Meerely came in the mail (postal service). Either crooked, or stupid. Pronably crooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was wanting to get some help with starting investments. I set an appointment online and was matched with Damon Cao. Damon was extremely helpful, thorough and nice. He took the time to explain to us about our different investment options, and was patient in answering all our questions. He was very knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to use Damon Cao as my Financial Advisor and would recommend seeing him for investments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security alarm system goes off for hours in the evening everyday and it’s annoying AF. Don’t leave the windows in the building open if no one is there, it is just negligible and you are a bank, doesn’t that violate some sort of security breech? Don’t ask me to email you just to have someone contact me. If you have time to write a response to my review then I’m sure you have time to send this to the branch manager. Just copy and paste the text, take a screenshot, do whatever you need but just resolve this problem if you are kind human beings. Be a nice neighbour please and thanks :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had negative experiences every time I have been to this bank. Staff seem like they have no idea what they are doing and completely lost. Both times I have been here recently I left feeling really frustrated and didn't get the help I was looking for. Avoid this branch at all costs.
