โ โ โ โ โ Rbc has done some real damage in the month of December.
Cut all my limits to a new account after a long 10 year history. Couldnโt pay my rent via etransfer. Canโt deposit my payroll anymore without being held. when I needed to deposit a certified cheque 3 days ago, they wanted to hold it till after Christmas. Absolutely no compassion and completely screwed the end of my year having to close my accounts and move to another institution.

โ โ โ โ โ Just went in to inquire and set up an account, after 2 hours the manager comes out & says all of my e transfers will be held for 6 months because the bank doesn't know if I'm a criminal or not. Never been treated so badly. They should be happy people have money & are doing good. Unbelievable! One star goes to me

โ โ โ โ โ It doesn't matter which branch I visit or the annoying virtual phone person I get the lousiest service .I've been a client since I was 10 years old and I'm not feeling appreciated or valued . I have numerous products with them savings/chequing , RRSP, TFSA, GIC and Visa .And still they devalue me and my needs . The worst customer service I received was the Stockyards Keele and St Clair on multiple visits from the service rep to the Financial advisors. The level of compassion they have is zero . I've been mislead and lied to for the last time , Bloor West Village was just as bad ! Time to switch

โ โ โ โ โ Today we hit record breaking heat waves in Canada and yet RBC claims they will have their finical profile net zero by 2050. We can't wait till 2050 to be net zero. We need to be investment our money and resources into solutions that will slow the climate crisis.
If RBC doesn't reinvest their fossil fuel investments by the end of the year. I will be changing banks.

โ โ โ โ โ I've been there once only and that only one stopped me from going back there again! Although I was friendly to the teller, she was filled with so much attitude. She got the work done but little bit of smile will help the customer service better. I asked her about her day to maybe make her feel better and she was not even making an eye contact!

โ โ โ โ โ Unlike any other branch, this one treats clients poorly. Unprofessional manager watches over tellers as they are trying to do their work and constantly interjects. I had to wait 40 minutes behind the counter for them to figure out how to process a simple transaction. Very disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ Lack of knowledge and training in this branch especially the tellers and managment. I believe RBC needs to have more supervision about this branch. Don't waste your time by going to this branch as they are not familiar with their works.
