★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very good agency. The employees over there are very friendly and polite. They offer good shifts and their payment is through direct deposit and that is the most convenient. The only problem is that it is difficult to find out a way to reach there when going for the first time. You just have to pass by the board saying Drake International above the Royal Bank on Bloor Street and find out some stairs, take the stairs and go up, there you will find the agency's entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been registered with this location for years, and they always seem to have the worst people involved with payroll. One named Candace has the worst attitude and is very uncaring towards us employees. In previous years, Christa Bohlken-Luke consistently overlooked important payment details, among other issues. I've tried at various times to seek acceptable resolutions through former employees' liaison/now branch manager Debbie McCartney, but to no avail.
