β β β β β They ask your roommate insurance policy number. and if you refuse to offer to them, they gonna cancel your policy with bad words on record, or you pay the cancellation fee to cancel your policy.

β β β β β I was introduced to Habib Saulat by a mutual friend and since then he has been on speed dial when ever I have an insurance question or need service. He not only provided me with great service but all my clients who buy cars from me and insurance from Habib also thank me for referring them to Habib. He definitely has a lot of knowledge in his field of insurance.

β β β β β I am highly disappointed when i came to renewal of my insurance because when i was a new customer HABIB was very nice and at the time of renewal he said he is busy and i have to contact head office and he cant help me with anything. At first place he told me that there is no such thing like family insurance and then from other agent i got family insurance from the same RBC insurance company. He will be nice to you when you are new but i guess in renewal they dont get any benefit so he told me to check quotes with other companies. So my advice is not to go to any office instead of that use phone service given by RBC you will get better quote and services from there

β β β β β I had the pleasure of being connected to Daniel Chen for both my brother's auto insurance, as well as mine. When we walked in, he was the first person available to assist us- and, boy, was I beyond happy that our timing worked out.. He has been our go-to ever since.
I am beyond satisfied with his service; he is amazing at his job. He ensures we thoroughly understand our policy and is always available to talk when we need him. I love that he is honest and very efficient. He goes above and beyond my required needs. If you ever consider RBC Insurance in Scarborough, I highly recommend Daniel! He will talk to you in terms you will understand, and is genuinely willing to help.

β β β β β It feels really good to work with the financial adviser like Mr. Pragnesh Mehta who is truly interested in their client needs and preferences and gives correct advice. He is easily reachable whenever required and always answers all our queries humbly. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants better financial outcomes.

β β β β β I met Mr Pragnesh Mehta around 3 years before and since then he is managing my insurances and funds for my entire family. Whenever I need any advise or help from him, he is just one phone call away.
He understands the requirements and provide the right advise which will benefit you.
He has always been transparent and given the right guidance and I rely and trust his advice.

β β β β β Nightmare. If I could rate them a zero I would. They pushed my mother to bring her auto insurance to them and bundle it with her home, then messed it up, and had the audacity to penalize her for their mistake. They offered absolutely no remedy to the situation, and to make matters worse they asked probing questions about personal stuff that no other insurance company has every asked. Also, there different branches need to be able to communicate with one another, because its just to the detriment of their clients. I personally do not bank with RBC and I would not recommend them.

β β β β β I had called RBC 1800, to make modification on my insurance, waited insane amount of hours, and wasnt able to go thru. SO, I decided to call one of the RBC Insurance Branch, Luckily, Pragnesh was able to help me out, and set me up an appointment with one of their advisors for Auto/home, Excellent Customer Service Pragnesh! Few moments later Daisy called me back, is very superb went thru my insurance needs. They are both good listener, and have empathy with customers. Thank you so much Daisy and Pragnesh..
