The counter service is extremely slow... one can easily wait 40 minutes in line with only 3 ppl ahead but once you make it to the counter the staff is very helpful.

After my Visa card chip stopped working I requested a new one and they indicated it would take 7 to 10 days. I asked that it be faster and offered to pick it up at my branch. They indicated 3 to 5 business days and today was day 6 and they told me a glitch happened and they should call me by tomorrow.... I sensed that if I did not call today I would be waiting for a while!

ATM failure, leghty process to recover deposit. I made a deposit of 500$ in cash at the drive-thru ATM, and the money got stuck in deposit slot. I know it's an unforseen circumstance and mechanical failures can happen but the bank personnel at the call center is unhelpful and clueless when it comes to that specific situation. I suspect the bills were slightly folded, but the ATM took my money. The deposit was credited to my account, however it was reversed a few days later. After numerous calls to the customer service center, my money still was not returned. I live far away from the branch and unable to go in person at the branch, it is nearly impossible to speak with someone at this specific branch, even by calling their direct line I get transferred to the call center. Conclusion, the bank stole my money and are unhelpful despite having cameras at the ATM the money is nowhere to be found. Update 23-02-21 After scrutiny, my deposit was finally credited back into my account. Although I'm disappointed in the lengthy process and the fact that I didn't have access to my money during this whole ordeal, I'm glad that it was resolved. It was difficult to get to speak to someone at the branch where the deposit was made, but after leaving a message I finally got a call back and the person I spoke with was helpful and promptly took action.
