★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are so professional, honest and friendly. They don't over-charge and keep you in the loop about what your car needs. I came to them with the thought that my tie rod end needed to be replaced (as per my brother) but it turned out it was actually the control arm and bushing. Obviously, they let me know and didn't charge me for the tie rod and asked my permission for the control arm and bushing. Also, a few years back, my mom had a tire burst on her in the middle of winter near them and they changed it to the spare for free. I'm so glad they did that for her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried doing business to support local filipino store/shop. Customer service is dead, man kept up selling me that cheap chinese winter tires. Send him my info but didn't get back to me. I went to fountain tire and got a nice Michelin tires just a little over $100. I would go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Ray, the owner himself will greet you as soon as you step into the shop and will explain every single details on how your vehicle would be taken care of.
Friendly, professional and I may say expert at client relation. Always ready to exude a perspicuous and stupendous customers’ experiences.
Very simple and humble but very explicit and organized.
Had my engine replaced, tires and oil changed and exhaust modified and all had been perfectly done.
Did not even feel the greediness, in fact even more surprised paying less than I expected hence, I was really blown away.
However, I would still pay even if it was more as for me, a good customer service will always be priceless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the appointment, they knew the car and what needed to be done from an oil change weeks ago. They had the part there and ready for me when I arrived this morning. The car was done in an hour and it is good as new!
They also saved me a couple bucks to boot!
Love these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get my front struts installed. When it was finished I went to pick up my car and pay and I was told that they noticed my wheel bearing is going bad as well because they heard a noise from the front drivers side wheel when parking it in their lot.
I thought this was strange as I never heard any noise before I brought it into their shop but oh well maybe I just have bad luck right?
Driving home I heard the noise. It sounded like someone shaking a piece of metal in a tin can over and over while I was driving.
I got home and took off my drivers side front wheel and inspected around the area. I found a loose bolt stuck behind the rotor... They had left it in there while replacing my strut. and now it's stuck there and there's no way to remove it without removing the whole assembly.
At Ray Duque you pay premium shop prices for 0 effort jobs!
