Many thanks to the team at Rather Be Plumbing for the replacement of my water heater. They answered the phone fast and provided great customer service, above and beyond what I would expect. They showed up right on time and very the friendly crew got the job done just as they said they would. Thank you very much!

We retained Rather Be Plumbing to assist us with an emergency sewer blockage this weekend. We were so impressed with Corey - he was really prompt and professional, and went above and beyond to communicate with us to solve the problem, even texting with us late into the night to ensure we knew what was going on. The pricing was fair and the work high quality. We would definitely use Rather Be again.

Hi Sara and everyone at Rather Be Plumbing, I had a good experience over-all with Brandon -- he was friendly and to-the-job! He got my bathroom sink unplugged, and showed me there are roots causing some blockage (I took a photo of the part of the snake that emerged with small roots tangled around it), and though I don't want investigation at present (will have to hold off until next year, budget-wise), I'm glad, for now, the sink is draining well. The ONLY thing that was an issue for me was that I expected the plumber to show up wearing a mask. When I asked him if he could wear a mask, he was fine to go back to the truck to get one, and he put it on before he entered the house. He did slip it off his face once in the bathroom -- reason being, as he said, I was well away from him (down the other end of the hallway). As the virus is airborne, I had hoped he'd wear a mask the whole time when inside my home. I had a wide open bathroom window and fan on, in advance of his arrival, to provide the best circulation and cleanest air for the plumber's visit. In retrospect I could have asked him to close the bathroom door as he worked without a mask, to add another layer of safety. I kept the fan on and bathroom window open for another 1/2 hour afterward he came. The service was very good but I didn't give five stars because being as Covid safe as possible is really important to me. But still I recommend your company for your good work and clear communication :)

I contacted Rather Be Plumbing to come and fix what the previous plumber had destroyed. They completed the job in one hour (which the other dummy took eight to mess up). We asked them to return the following week to take care of other plumbing issues. This time Brandon was quite creative in adapting parts to fix the problem. We'll also have them return to take care of perimeter drains in the near future. I would highly recommend Rather Be Plumbing. They are professional, prompt and polite,. Two Thumbs Up for sure.

I was referred to Rather Be Plumbing by another plumber who was unable to do the job due to staffing issues. RBP's receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician, Adam, was very friendly, professional and competent. Adam arrived at the appointed time, did the job quickly and smoothly, and gave some good info and advice after he completed the installation. Very positive experience. Thank you! :)

Super happy that I called. All aspects of the customer service were exceptional, both administratively and with the plumber. Friendly, incredibly prompt, and just 5 stars all around. Quickly took care of the problem. No hesitation in recommending.

We had a great experience with these guys. Plumbers were very personable and experienced. Work was done quickly and also cleaned up their mess before they left. Next time we need plumbing work we will definitely be using them again.

Just had Ryan from Rather be Plumbing at the house to install a new toilet & and kitchen faucet. He was polite, punctual and professional. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company from start to finish. Sara at their office was also very polite, efficient, and was able to book us the appointment for the next day!
