UPDATE: After leaving a review, my order was sent out and arrived quickly thereafter. The product I received was as described.
I appreciate the responsiveness from Rare-T, just unfortunate that it took so long and some extra efforts on my end to finally receive my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The peice I ordered is absolutely amazing and consists of high quality. The only negative is that it took longer than expected however they kept in communication with me. It was definitely worth the wait and a highly recommended company.

Have emailed multiple times, and Recieved the exact same generic response every time, about being so sorry it hasn't shipped yet and they'll talk to the framer and get back with an ETA soon.
Absolutely horrendous customer service, and from reading the reviews, I see this is pretty common place.
Don't waste your time or money.

Order is under Tyler Primeau,
I won't provide the order number publicly, online.
I received a response saying 2 - 3 more weeks, today is the end of the second week. I imagine after the 3rd week I will get the same response.
Willing to adjust rating *if* the product ever shows up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 4/25...order was finally received last week and while it took forever, the actual product looks very nice. Wouldn't say worth the wait, and I probably would not order again unless the shipping was quicker. But the actual product is great.
I have still not received my order on Jan 9th, nor have I been able to contact the company regarding my order via email and their website. Hoping this review will aid in someone at Rare-T contact me ASAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed order #20120 on 12/22/2021 at 11:13:36 AM. They took my $319.98 and I never received my product nor did I ever hear from them again regarding my purchase… but I sure do get a lot of messages in my email account to purchase more from them. I am certainly on their mailing list!
On 06/01/22 we received the purchase. Thank you it is very nice.
