With notable wedding BBQ catering, Stampede breakfast menus, and corporate BBQ events under their belt, Great Events is proud to announce a new division of the company devoted solely to catered BBQ events: The Rare Cut BBQ. Like a hybrid between a food truck and a mobile travelling show, the Rare Cut BBQ Trailer arrives at your event, bringing with it everything necessary for an impressive BBQ installation. Steaks sizzle, sauces slosh and smoke swirls as the chefs put on a unique culinary show, educating guests on cuts and grilling techniques.
Corporate Chef Daryl Kerr is excited about the new concept. “As a young boy, I would get really excited about learning to cook. My sisters and I started making dinner regularly for our parents when I was only twelve. Naturally, my favourite thing in the summer was BBQ-ing. The entertainment aspect of having lots of family, friends and neighbours gather in the backyard really helped shape my view of events. I love being able to interact with the guests, tell them jokes while I work and talk about my craft.”
Rare Cut BBQ is specialized in BBQ catering for corporate and private events, weddings, festivals, Stampede BBQ catering and Stampede breakfasts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from here on Skipthedishes the other day. I do not recommend them. They forgot half of our meal - both sides were missing from our meal. In addition to this, I chomped down on BONE inside my pork schnitzel. They had included some containers of gravy/mushrooms and those had all broken open and spilled over the entire meal. We also ordered a buffalo chicken dip, that apparently was frozen and not fresh as we had assumed since it didn't mention that. We looked past this and warmed it and ate it, and sure enough, an entire bone in there too. Seems to be lacking some quality control within the kitchen. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all.
