★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely recommended! Staff were all incredibly friendly, rooms have everything needed for a very decent price. Very comfortable beds! Also, breakfast is still running each morning, included in the room price, and it is an incredible spread! Delicious with lots to choose from. Will stay here again for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I appreciate specific things in a hotel room which make my stay happy. This hotel provided. Things that made me happy: water pressure, excellent shower head, black out curtains that actually worked, good temperature (wasn't too hot), comfy bed, USB jack's all over the place, the food at the restaurant was great with good portion sizes, and lastly (not my cup of tea but I bet it would be for others) the bathroom has in-floor heat.
Just my 2 cents, I enjoyed my stay and my shower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was great - roomy room, really comfy beds, clean rooms, nice bed lights for reading, bathroom supplied everything - even a robe! - restaurant food and staff amazing, some talking heard outside room in morning but not disturbing. Overall very very comfortable!

Do not miss the opportunity to stay here when in Fort St. John!
...and the Pad Thai is the best I have ever had, don't leave without indulging your appetite at the North bar and grill on the ground level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food in the resteraunt is top notch. Everything is fresh, beautifully presented, and excellent tasting. The service is top notch, friendly and efficient. This is our go to place for a nice quiet evening out, especially for a special occasion like an anniversary. The creme Brule is the best i have ever tasted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel and clean. Fast check in. I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast due to having to be at work sadly. I ordered room service and it was fantastic. I enjoyed the conversation I had with the woman who brought me my food. Thank you for such great service all around. The only issue was the PTAC wasn't working properly. It kept cutting out when on air and cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy at all with out stay here. We came down to FSJ for my finances dads funeral. I called ahead of time to book a dog friendly room as we were bringing our dog with us. I was quoted a price for the pet friendly room for 2 nights. When we arrived after driving almost 13 hours, the lady at the front desk was insanely rude. Said "we need to be notified if there will be a pet staying with you". I said I sure did let them know when I called! And said there were no notes on the file and that they will be charging me an extra $30 on top of the price I was already quoted. I was already mad at this point but decided to just accept it. The next morning we got back in from a walk with the dog to have the lady at the front desk call us over to inform us that the repair man went into our room and said we were smoking in our room and we were getting charged an extra $250! Neither of us smoke so we had no idea why this was even happening. By this point my fiance got very upset, we talked to the manager and got it sorted. I'd also like to add that we got room service the first night we got in. The dirty plates and left over food did not get cleaned up and was sitting outside our door for our entire stay. The room did not get cleaned or refreshed after the first night sleep. Our shower didn't drain so when having a shower it filled up the tub, same with the bathroom sink.If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Do not give this company your money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hotel in Fort St John! I stayed here a total of 5 nights to work before moving on to Alaska. All staff were so professional and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and their dining lounge was well staffed with great good and drink options. They also have self service laundry.
