★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, no real complaints. It’s clean. Staff is friendly. Has all the facilities. We were upgraded. The only down side is that they made us register for the pool (but it was full so we couldn’t) even though the Fort Nelson Super8 doesn’t make you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A group of us 5 in total had a blast at the pool. We have so enjoyed bringing the kiddos out to do at least something during this winter. Everybody has a jolly time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beds were made horribly, the comforters do not have covers on them but are instead sandwiched between two top sheets. The rooms are only cleaned once a week, on Fridays. The pool is so over chlorinated it burns your eyes just standing on the pool deck. Dipped our toes in the hot tub and it wasn't even warm enough to bath a baby. When I asked if the hot tub temp could be turned up, I was repeatedly told "pool opens at 9". When I asked to speak to the manager about the aray of things gone wrong, I was told the manager was not in and could not be reached.
There is also pizza, something that looked like a burger maybe, and cigarette butts in the ice machine since April 19 until the 21(now being cleaned)?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came for the night, to get out of the bunk in my truck for a warm shower and a hot breakfast.
My room has a large crack in the fibreglass shower floor.
And
No breakfast, as the hotel still refuses to recognize my rights and freedoms as outlined in the charter. They treat me like a second class citizen.
Sorry doesn’t cut it. Officially on the boycott list

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ahead to see if they had hot tub, went and bought swim trunks, when I checked in I asked again to make sure the hot tub was working, they said yes- when I got to the hot tub it was broken. Complained and was told I can leave so I checked out and went to Howard Johnson, room just as nice and staff was super friendly and helpful. I recommend the HoJo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a swim and hot tub is because I stayed at this before. Upon arrival, the occupancy rules seemed relaxed. Also I like a swim and the hot tub...could not enter the pool as a woman's hair dye was pouring off her hair into the pool...so took away half my fun of the time being there.
