B	Braum “B-ROM” M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found myself here through unintended circumstances (broken plane stranded me in fsj for an extra night). The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the aesthetic. My room was an accessible room, so I can confirm they have wheelchair accommodation. The staff were friendly and understanding, both the hotel front desk and the restaurant (Just Jacks) serving staff. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I found myself needing a room.
P	Paul Warn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is pleasant and the facilities work really well. There is access to a little patio from my room where i found hundreds of cigarette butts. I only had to ask and reception let me use one of their brooms to sweep up 3lb of smokers rights
H	Heather Inthesixohfour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a tea totaler, I’m here for the week. Yesterday after I arrived a made tea in the Keurig machine in my room, yuck! I called to the front desk and asked for a kettle, I was told they would look. Later as I was passing the front desk I enquired again about a kettle. I was advised that they were looking and if they couldn’t kind one they’d buy one and put it in my room for me. Sure enough, after I returned to my room tonight after having been out working all day there was a brand new kettle in my room, and a China mug, cuz who drinks tea in a paper cup? The staff here are not only friendly, they care about their guests. Lucky me still has a few more days here. Thanks guys!

C	Carly Stone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at this hotel for a week for work the hotel overall is a nice place, but housekeeping needs to step up as that was terrible. The front desk staff are really great. One of the ladies working there I think her name was courtaney was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond for us always greeting us, making sure that we had everything we need. She went out of her way to help us all the time, She made are stay great!
O	Oldskool Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff . Rooms are very comfy . The bed on the king size are more comfy than the Queen's as the queens are very soft and seem dated . The hotel itself is quite old but clean and friendly . Not bad for a few nights , although it's not a 5 star hotel. ( They don't claim to be ) The pool is small and full of kids and busy on weekends . I gave it four stars as staff are very good and you also get a free breakfast. I would stay again if needed too . But maybe I'd try and find somewhere a little fancier for my anniversary or something a little cheaper where you could get the basics anyway .

They pointed out places to visit and recommended where to get special foods/meals. The pool, with a waterslide, was a lot of fun for my 3 grandchildren. The comfortable bed mattress and pillows allowed me, with my bad back, to sleep peacefully. Breakfast was perfect - great coffee, fresh cut up fruit, hot foods and then the self-made waffles (the amazing staff made one for me each morning) with the strawberries in a sauce poured over top! There were lots of other foods including egg dishes, meats, pancakes, potatoes etc. On the last day, I ventured into the casino (my first time ever in one) and the attentive staff was amazingly helpful in making sure I found a game(s) that was enjoyable. Great holiday and would definitely return to this hotel ❤️!
