★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean location with friendly staff. Not terribly hard to find but parking can be a bit tricky depending on time of day. The only issue really found is with the promptness when taking in appointments... We had a half hour wait and were there on time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Amplifon was very scary at first, as I thought I do not need aids to hear. When they said that I did in fact need them, I put off ordering them as I thought it is going to be too much money and I will never be able to afford them! They looked into the plans I had and it turned out I did not have to pay out of pocket! Fitted my aids and I could not believe the difference I had in my hearing! Amazing! They were very professional and courteous. Helped me set up my phone app, gave me a Bluetooth that had been donated. I cannot thank them enough for their willingness to help me get through my fears. FSJ Office team, thank you.
