Great communication by sales and installation tech was a great professional that explained how the door and door opener worked after installing. Left a can of lubricant for annual maintenance as well. Product (Garaga + Liftmaster) met my expectations exactly.

When my son drove the car through the garage door (he forgot about the roof rack and, yes, I still love him) I asked him to arrange the repair/ replacement. He chose Ram Doors because he thought it was the highest rated; turns out, no, it’s not highest rated, it’s simply the one paying for ad space at the top. The service tech they sent was very good; that's the one-star. Pleasant to deal with, seemed to know his stuff, and got the door working again. Given the damage, though, I wanted a replacement. I tried contacting their sales guy, Mike. He was consistently unavailable. Never answered his phone, didn’t return phone messages, so I ended up emailing him. I likely should’ve gone somewhere else at that point but didn’t. When I got a reply from Mike I indicated I was looking for a matching door, to the other two (undamaged) doors. Unfortunately the original manufacturer no longer services Canada. He told me doors don’t match, and I can get paint at a paint store… so completely unhelpful. In comparison, another company explained that ‘…different manufacturers have different embossments… even with 4 embossments per panel it doesn't mean it will match. Texturing and colour may also not be exact.” Great, let me know what to expect... Another company offered to bring a door panel sample, so I could see how close (or not) their door would be. All of them offered paint codes or paint chips right off the top. I’d sent close-up pics to Mike asking him if the styles matched. His response was that “It will have 4 squares.” Nice, thank you, apparently I’m not only blind but am also an idiot. When I asked for elaboration as to the texturing that, apparently, every other door manufacturer other than Ram knows about, I got a reply with multiple punctuation marks/ question marks, as if we were texting in high school. At that point I contacted three other companies, who were all very pleasant to work with, and were able to answer my questions without puerile answers.

I did an oops and damaged my garage door so that it would not close. I live in a colourful neighbourhood and was quite worried about having it stay open. They were able to come same day. I didn't get the name of the person who came as I was in a meeting, but he quickly repaired the damage. The price was totally reasonable. Super grateful for the speedy and efficient repair. Thank you.

We recently had a new garage door installed by Sean and Jason from Ram Doors. They did an amazing job. They arrived bright and early, cheerful and polite. They took extra care while dismantling the old door and installing the new one. The previous home owner had finished the garage in quite an unorthodox way, but Sean and Jason were careful in doing what they needed to do in order to install the new door. They even relocated an old storage cabinet mounted on the wall that was going to impact the new rails. I couldn't be happier with the professional service I received, and since it has been installed, we have received over a dozen compliments on the new door from our neighbors and folks walking by !!
