J	Janice Pinnock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was so disappointing. Perhaps there were renovated rooms, but we were not given one. The room was tiny. Carpets were dirty. Crack in the shower, room was freezing unless heater was on. Every time heater came on it woke us up because it was so loud. Television was old, poor picture quality. It really was sub par. Didn’t enjoy my stay. Don’t let the pictures online fool you. The lobby was beautiful. End of story . Oh wait…shower pressure was good and the pool was acceptable. But overall a very disappointing experience.

The last time we tried taking our baby so she could swim for the first time in the warm pool but the pool amd pool area were freezing. We have always found some dirty things in the rooms. After the last experience, we wont be back again.

The owner came out and greeted us with chocolates and chips and was so friendly and patient with our children. The room was spacious and very clean. We had some snacks from the restaurant and they were extremely accommodating to my allergies. The pool and hot tub were such a nice treat . We will 100% be coming back ! Thank you so much Karima!
M	Moth Stone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got the jacuzzi suite and it was the best. A beautiful, older Hotel that has a gorgeous lobby. The room was clean, well stocked. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Well definitely be back.
H	Helen I am on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely frustrated and hated my stay here! From the lack of signs and clear directions to get around to the dirty floors and facilities. If you constantly have people looking for the elevator maybe you should put a big clear sign that directs people where the elevator is. Just saying turn right around the corner to be confronted with a vending machine and random doors is annoying. Specially when you have someone on crutches and or just got in from a long trip. The carpets in the room stained my socks which is disgusting. The hot tub and pool area is hard to find just like your elevators maybe you should also put clear signs with arrows. The area where the rooms after 120 or 220 start looks like the end of the path for the pool area. Once you get to the pool you have to deal with sensitive key cards to open the door and use the elevator. The hot tub is cold and the jets are weak the steam room really upset me and disappointed me it was cold in there I felt colder in there than in the pool. There are no showers in the change room and I think that's annoying I don't want to get dressed up and go to my room and shower. I want to shower and change and go to my room. I really don't think it was worth the money. It's not even that great of a location with the restaurant closed I couldn't order food from them and there was nothing nearby to order from. Ubereats was high delivery fee and took way too long because it's far from everything. Over all a disappointment
S	Snow White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lobby was absolutely beautiful and the Front desk that checked me in, had a good attitude. I highly recommend that you stay in the West Tower(newer wing) as there is quite a big difference in quality of the rooms. I have been coming here for years and I overall enjoy my stay. I have realized some issues for them to work out. The Pool has wet floors often and the housekeeping have a communication issue. Other than that, I will continue staying at this hotel and I recommend it to others as well.
