been coming here for a year. Mindy does a fantastic job with nails however today I had an experience that makes me not want to come back. I came in to remove shellac and get a gel overlay, when I sat in the chair I asked if we could do extensions. Mindy replied and said it was busy, she could do extensions if they had time but if not she asked if gel on my natural nails was okay, which was perfectly fine with me. While I was waiting for my shellac to soak off, I picked out two colours, one if I got extensions and one if I had to get gel on my natural nails. Once the shellac was taken off, the man asked if it was okay to clip my nails for extensions and I said yes, so in my head Mindy did have time for extensions. He put the fake tips on and I waited for a long time, and I was asked to move chairs. Finally Mindy comes over to me, she is prepping my nails for bio gel, and in between her taking my hand and me putting it inside the light, I guess I’m moving too slow for her because she says “it’s very busy.” As if I should be moving so fast to give her my hand.I understand that it is busy, however that is not my problem. You shouldn’t be taking more clients than you can handle. Getting my nails done has always been a relaxing experience. It’s something I always look forward to. However today I felt rushed, I was moved from chair to chair to accommodate new clients. I felt Mindy was rushed too and because of that I’m very unhappy with my nails. When I moved seats again for the second time, the man painted my nails and all I wanted was a French tip. After he did the first hand I was unhappy with them but at this point I just wanted to get out of there. I didn’t even let him do a second layer cause I’m honestly not sure what he could have done to make it any better. He asked me if I had somewhere to be after the appointment, I didn’t, I just felt like I didn’t matter. I paid and I didn’t tip, and I cried in the parking lot before leaving because of how unhappy I was.I would have been happier if I was told “sorry we are so busy we can only do gel on your natural nails.” I would have understood, but because they had time I thought it would be okay. Unfortunately to complete my service they had to sacrifice the quality of work. I already made an appointment with a different salon just to have these removed.

They get very busy on weekends and evenings, so if you are going then, make sure you have a bit of extra time, but it’s definitely worth it! I have been going to the salon since November 2020, and Wendy has been my tech for the last 3 months and she always does a great job! First photo is from Christmas, second photo is my current set ?

We were able to get in, we were a little late for our appointment time but they still honored it. We both got a basic pedicure which were great. Only thing I noticed is that they didn't take all the dry callus under our feet. I had a balayage on my nails with a stiletto shape and I love them, not too thick either, I made sure and they catered. Also love that they have flipflops for you when you come in, nice touch. Would be nice to have a lotion rub down on your hands after they finish your nails. Great service.

I loved how they took their time to make sure that everything was perfect and always checked to make sure I liked the shape, color etc . And the place is clean, peaceful and relaxing. ?

They came out horribly and painful, after contacting the business they refused to take accountability for the bad job and blame it on me. This is the type of service they are offering, disappointing. As per the businesses reply: The nails are so extremely thick that I can’t pick anything up, they were not thinned by any means. The nails are glued to the skin on my fingers and even if there was a design in them the shapes are outrageous. You should be ashamed of yourself to place the blame on your customer who paid for said service and received a headache. And to lie and say there was a customer waiting when there was no one else and no excuse is shameful. You were not able to provide the service you advertises. The picture speak for themselves. I would never return to a shop that did such a job let alone return to have the nails removed when I as the customer paid for a set of professional nails. STEAR CLEAR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

I will absolutely be coming back, thank you so much radiance nails!! They have so many colours too, absolutely a 10/10 experience :)

Here are my top 10 favourite things about Radiance Nails: (1) Easy, efficient booking; (2) Easy Check In (inputting phone number); (3) They text after your appointment to check satisfaction; (4) If you are unhappy with any of the service, they work to fix it and with ease; (5) They do great, long lasting manicures and pedicures; (6) staff very nice; (7) the space is quiet, without loud music or TV, and there is a nice waterfall sound; (8) the space is very clean; (9) easy to get to and lots of parking; and (10) good pricing.
