Bellagio Nail - Calgary

Went in yesterday for a mother/daughter pedicure. I had booked appointments and arrived 10 minutes early to pick our colours. We were looking at the colours and were rushed back to our chairs despite my objections that we weren’t ready. We were told to scan the price list to see which pedicure we wanted. When I ask for the Jelly Pedicure the technician pulled a face and said I should have the volcano instead, why ask me to look it it either wasn’t an option or she only wanted to do a certain pedicure. Pedicure was fine but not a $70 experience. My massage chair also didn’t work, it didn’t even turn on. My daughter’s (10 year old) technician was talking under her breath the whole appointment, making her feel uncomfortable. We then asked for a simple design on her nails and again a face was pulled. They had to get someone else to do her design and also repaint some of her nails. The design came out well so that was something. The debit machine was brought over before we were even finished which was fairly rude and unnecessary. It’s objectionable to be asked to pay before the service if finished. Especially when a tip is expected. I felt pressured into tipping more because the service wasn’t finished. All in all it felt like we were rushed and the experience was ruined. I know it’s a business but it just seems like they want to rush as many people through as possible.

Bellagio Nail is the best of the best! Everyone is exceedingly kind and welcoming, and my main nail tech, Frankie, is a serious artist. I am pretty sure I could bring in any design and he would do an amazing job. He is also so fun to talk to, we always have a good time together. I look forward to my visits every time, and I leave feeling on top of the world. Thankyou Bellagio! I am grateful for all of you! ?

Bellagio Nails has a friendly staff who check in on the quality of your nail service. The space itself is clean and large with lots of space for privacy. They have two cute doggies, one of which named 'Oreo', who run around the parlour, different from other nail salons. They do keep their doggos in check so there's no worry of them bothering you or making a mess. The nails themselves are pretty good! I get the five-star pedicure with shellac, which includes the orange peel scrub and paraffin wax. Don't cheap out on this one -it's worth it! They have 100s of colours to choose from, with many service options. The prices for all services are decent so you won't break your bank. Check them out!

Wanna pay $60 dollars WITHOUT tip for a mediocre shellac pedicure - you've found the right place. The light they have isn't strong enough to cure the polish properly. You'd think they would have the tools they need to help their workers do their jobs properly but here we are. Pros - has online booking. Lots of colours to choose from. Cons - parking. Pricing for what you get. They aren't hurting for customers as they are always packed. This was my first time there and my last.

Awful! I have powder dip on my natural nails and went in to have the powder dip removed and shellac put on. They wanted to fill the growth which made no sense. I told them repeatedly that these are my natural nails and not acrylics. I thought she finally understood until she wanted to look at the underside of my nail to see where my natural nail growth was. I have never been so frustrated. Apparently they are unable to do natural nails and unable to remove powder dip from natural nails. They did not listen regardless of how much I tried to explain. Very poor communication and greatly lacking in service and experience. In response to your reply.... I must correct your lies....... I clearly stated I had powder dip. You wanted to fill in the growth as though I had acrylic nails. I was trying to explain that the polish was lifting, you needed to remove it. I picked out a color of nail polish and was clear with what I wanted. You NEVER started to file my nails, you never even brought out your "machine". Do you not have cameras???? You are blatantly lying!!!!! There was no discussion on how you may have difficulty removing the powder dip.....I sat down and the tech CUT my nail..... the polish should have been removed before she took out her clippers.... and she should have asked what length I would like them (again she was treating my nails like acrylics). After she cut part of the one nail the other girl took my hand, turning it over to see where my "growth" was........  Please be clear and stop with the lies. By the way.... I went to metro polish and they easily removed the powder dip and added gel polish. They also fixed the nail you cut. Please refer to the below pic of my nails still not done when I left you.... I added a bandage to the nail you cut until I could get to metro polish.... no machine used to file my nails as you can clearly see. Feel free to call them to confirm the facts i have stated. I believe the technicians name was Niki? She can confirm that there was no filing on my nails and that she had to repair the one you cut. I was looking for a simple apology from you. Instead I get these fabrications. Please don't lie!!!

I have been going to Bellagio Nails for years now - and always have a great experience every time! Their staff are friendly, professional and always go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your nails. They have a huge shellac selection too! I also love how they have so many chairs, so it's very unlikely that you have to wait for service. Thanks Bellagio Nails for always being such a reliable go to (and it doesn't hurt that you can have a glass of wine while getting pampered :)). I strongly suggest Bellagio Nails if you're looking for a new salon!

I went here today with my sister! A great place to relax and get pampered! Frankie did my nails, and he did a Fantastic Job!! I brought in a small pride nail design hope, and it turned put better than expected!! And my nails look awesome!! ( a small cuticle was snagged and bled for awhile) But overall amazing service!! I'll be returning for my touch ups for sure!!
