Brian was an excellent host- friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was perfectly indulgent with answering my many questions while letting me also have space to try out the pianos for as long as I needed. Delivery was efficient and hassle-free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got in touch with Brian in order to purchase a Kawai NV5S. He was incredibly helpful and let me know as soon as he had one in stock for me to try it out. He was able to give me a great deal and lock in a price before Kawai increased the cost of the piano even knowing it would take time to have it shipped overseas. During the shipping he kept me informed about a timeline and any delays cause by the pandemic. Once the piano arrived in Vancouver, he was incredibly helpful in organizing having it shipped directly to me in Edmonton. He even reached out to piano movers to set up the delivery to my house. Overall Brian went above and beyond to help me get this new toy. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone interested in acquiring a piano, his knowledge and experience in this industry definitely sets him apart.

He really knows a lot about pianos/ digital pianos. You can really see how much he loves his work. He was never pushy or in a rush. Brian recommended the perfect model my son needs now and to grow into. Brian has a wonderful personality. Our son kept talking about Brian after the first visit and was so happy to see him again today. I highly recommend Piano Gallery to any level of pianist who are thinking about buying a piano.
