★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave negative stars I would. I am so upset. Got screwed last year totally by HnR so I thought I’d revisit liberty as I used to use them back home. Well. I just got a bill from the CRA saying that liberty screwed up and they need my refund back... that was spent months ago. Thanks a lot. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. what a joke. Now my family is in financial trouble because of one person. Thanks. A lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, i"ve been a client of Liberty Tax Heritage Plaza for 3 years now since they started in Haddon Road and they have been taking care of my Taxes all year round and i am very satisfied with their service, and they just moved now to a better location in Heritage Plaza. I Highly recommended their service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had someone training who kept making mistakes and asking for help to correct. I said I was uncomfortable and they had someone else complete my taxes.
CRA reassessed my taxes prepared by this branch.
They inputted info falsely which has changed everything. I did my taxes in Feb and it's now July.
I sent an email and called Liberty and I am still waiting for them to reply.
Just a horrible experience with no help, explanations or communication of any kind. Won't be going back
