The staff were very knowledgeable and were able to help us figure out what boat mounts we needed for our vehicles. They were not “salespeople,” they were genuinely helpful. Moreover, they were extremely fast in preparing our orders and were also able to accommodate a pickup at their other location. Great people, great business. Will be returning in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to both the south side and west end store and the associates have always been wonderful both in store and online. I’ve purchased the Thule aero blades roof rack for my bare roof. I had recently browsed their cargo boxes and really appreciated the time spent showing them to me.
They have been taking their covid protocols seriously. The stores are welcoming as well. I never felt the pressure to purchase and the associates have been patient to answer all questions and to provide their honest input and suggestions. It’s definitely worth calling them for advice and visiting their stores. I see that the negative reviews left here were generally made by individuals with unrealistic expectations.

2. Dude was knowledgeable & friendly. He installed a lock to make both our lives easier.
3. I phoned to confirm stock, told them I'd be in and the bits pulled and waiting behind the counter. Great service, I thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in to look at bike carriers and a young fellow helped me out (Matt?), he was very helpful and provided good advice. Later, I ended up purchasing the rack over the phone, Bob (the manager?) was very helpful and got things all sorted out. When I ended picking up the carrier, they built it and installed it for me for a small fee. I stopped in once more to ask about roof rails and racks, Bob was really knowledgeable and helpful. At no time did I ever feel pressured to make a purchase. My experience with everyone there has been great :-)
