Your establishment came up on the internet.We went there.I asked for New York striploin, center cut, not the end pieces. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package and discovered there were three steaks that were end cuts. They asked me if I was okay with four steaks.I did not see clearly over the counter. I was not very impressed. My advice double check your order before you pay.

We took my roommate's father here during his first ever visit to Edmonton and were very disappointed. He walked in and asked for center cut steak to cook a steak for his daughters and when we got home it was very clearly endpeices. The fact that we paid center peice prices for a gristly steak with large fatty sections made us feel ripped off and taken advantage of. We will not be coming here again, and we advise anyone else to take a second look at what they are buying before they pay. Definitely does not deserve the reputation it has.

As a 41 year old man who lives with being a celiac, Ben's Meats & Deli have the entire back of the store dedicated to GF. If you can, please try the hot food. There is a GF smoked meat mac n cheese. Seriously, I bought what was left when I was in the store Saturday. I can't brag enough about the kind staff, excellent service and wide selection of goods. Thank you to the entire team! You truly are a gem in the Edmonton area.

The staff are nice and friendly too. It does cost more than if you went to costco and bought beef, but if you're making like 8 or less burgers, this is the way to go.

I'll totally recommend it comparing price quality ratio. They offer as well soups, but I couldn't find in their menu if they offer Thea or Coffee to go. Anyways excellent place for cold meats and cheese as well for hollandaise products.

You can get made to order options to go that are gluten free or get a bigger selection from the freezer section. If you’re looking for gluten free donair meat & sauce, they carry it. Their customer service is great as well. I’ve been a repeat customer a few times now.
