I received everything I ordered on time and they even combined all my orders (4 I think) and only charged me one shipping fee and reimbursed the others. I was very surprised, it’s hard to find a business that isn’t trying to nickel and dime you in one way or another. This company is so far very legit and I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service! Terrible shipping. Took them 8 days just to ship a handful of An fittings. Wont have them until Monday now. They will be 13 days from order to receipt. The also did not notify that one was out of stock. They just deleted from the order with no notice to me. Not planning on ordering from this outfit in the future. Better to stick with Jegs, Summit or Speedway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: After calling again, they finally fulfilled the order and 1 day air shipped it to my door. If anyone is having troubles just call them. If it's still not getting handled, keep calling.
I fell victim to the same terrible customer service and false promises. I figured the prices were too good to be true, I even paid for fast shipping. If I don't get a response tomorrow I'll be contacting my bank to cancel all of this by the evening. If I can help anyone from experiencing what I'm going through, just stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a fitting next day air and it got stuck in shipping during the tornados by ups. Called after a week and they sent another fitting no questions asked. Of course another week later the one that was stuck showed up as well. God customer service for me. They will get more business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aside from a little confusion back and forth I had sourcing a certain fitting (my own fault), EVERYTHING I've ordered from Racetronix has been great quality and fast shipping. I will not hesitate to buy more parts when I can but this an addicting and expensive hobby. One day i hope to give these guys some more recognition they deserve. I just want to give a quick shout out to Mark in Shipping Department, YOU ROCK MAN!!
