★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Young guy is very nice and great customers service.but the older man doesn't know how to speak with customers. I usually buy my car parts because it's very close and also prices are reasonable. As per store policy you can return parts if it's not used. But the old man says ( it's not like playground to buy and bring it back. Everywhere else doesn't do. Once you bought it you can't return ). Despite being one of their regular customer but don't appreciate at all. Last day to purchase parts from this guy.

I appreciate his professionalism, given I'm sure he gets inquiry calls every minute from people who end up not buying. Been buying from him for years now. He might not remember me as I dont go to his store too often but, I go to him for anything car parts related, reasonable price always.

He will always suggest the best for you at a reasonable price. No rip-off's. I have been shopping with him for over 6 years now. Trust worthy and I fully recommend. Returns no problems provided package is not open. Sells German and USA parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young man who runs this place is a gem, he is beyond human. I have been in his store multiple times. Once I purchased two shocks from him and installed them on my car. They were on my car for a few months but my car began fish tailing. I went back to him and told him the story. As I didn't have the receipt he asked me to show him a copy of my credit card transaction so that he can find the transaction on his system. After finding the transaction he gave me two shocks of a different type, I installed them and returned the previous shocks. In disbelief he refunded me 20 dollars because the new shocks were 20 dollars cheaper. Imagine, those shocks were installed on my car but still he was decent and responsible enough to replace them. He deserves 100 stars instead of 5. What a pity that I just can give him 5. In our era in which everyone just cares about up selling and overcharging their customers, this man is above humanity. May god bless him and his business.
