Some people come and negotiate the price, then don't expect a non-question return. If you wanna a non-question return policy, go somewhere else that you cannot negotiate price.
A	Aleksey Lisovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not refund/exchange defective items. I purchased a set of lug nuts, and found that package included one with incorrect thread (during installation). Was told item would be replaced same day, however one week later and after 3 visits to the store buying a new set else where. Staff expressed - that it is not their job to check package content, or accuracy of item's labelling, that they can not be held responsible for manufacturer's mistakes. Will not accept a refund as item has been removed from original packaging. Don't carry any more of same item's so can't replace set.

I had emailed them about a product (tow hook license plate mount) to see if it would fit my vehicle, they responded saying yes it dose fit your vehicle. After I had picked up the license plate mount I had tried to install it and it wouldn’t fit. I had emailed them back saying that the product dose not my fit my vehicle and that my very disappointed as I had travelled 2 hours to get to this horrible place. They NEVER respond back to my email and I had to PAY a 15% restocking fee because of false information given to me. Don’t shop here, go somewhere else that cares about there customers.
