Counter people are sometimes a bit off depending of whom you get but generally okay. They carry a decent stock and can do custom fasteners.

Just ignorant of them to force wearing masks/face coverings for those whom are exempt and cannot wear them...

Complete Door Services (ltd) kindly referred us to here for a bolt/screw for our door closer. Some other companies in Hamilton actually told us to buy a whole new closer. Anyway, the man who helped us at RE was very helpful and saved us a bundle on the couple parts we needed. Cheers and thank you!
M	Molly May on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to get a copy of an invoice today. A woman answered the phone with just Hello and i had to ask if I was calling RE Glover. I was answered very rudely like I was bothering her. She transferred me to accounting and the phone just rang continually. I called back again and explained I needed a copy of an invoice as I had to send price to customer. It had been purchased 10 days prior and my customer needed his pricing. She asked for my info as if I was annoying her. I provided packing slip number and email. I asked when I could expect it and she replied when she could get around to it! I replied "Thank you for being so wonderful". She answered my by slamming the phone down and hanging up on me. Wow! Thanks again. We will bring our business somewhere else next time as not to inconvenience you!
