Glad you reached out requesting a comment. I will not be using this company’s services again. Their prices are ridiculous. A part probably costing them about $100. is marked up to $350. Wanting an additional task of capping a gas line which would take the guy no more than a minute or two would cost another $100. even with part provided and even though I was already paying for their time. Never again. They used to be reasonable, but no longer. They are mostly capable, although I don’t think it should take 75 minutes to diagnose furnace needing a pressure transducer, but I may be wrong. I am definitely not wrong on assessing their price gouging.

Have used QuickFast on 2 different occasions and both were fantastic. I have an older home with some unfortunate design choices and Gus helped us plan out a tankless water heater install and brought our furnace venting up to code. Repairs on our ancient furnace were extremely quick and clean, and done within 2 days of the breakdown right when winter started. Very happy and strongly recommend. Thanks guys!

I had an issue with the furnace in my unit last fall, I needed the heat exchange unit to be replaced. I found QuickFast through Google as one of the companies in my area who had good reviews. Their pricing was very fair, so I decided to give them a try. And I am happy about my choice! They provided a quick and professional service. I spoke on the phone with Elizabeth, she booked me right away; she was also instrumental in handling the manufacturer to get the replacement unit for my furnace (which was an extremely challenging task due to the pandemic disruptions at the manufacturer's and delivery sides). She also did wonders with handling the warranty-related issues; technicians who repaired the furnace, Kurtis and Ardi, came on time, were knowledgeable and polite, finished the work on time as well. The furnace works very well ever since, and I am a happy customer. Would definitely recommend their services and use them myself in the future again.

Quick, fast, efficient, honest, fun and kind. I have used QuickFast services with my business for years, they have always arrived punctually and within a reasonable amount of time. I trust them to give me an honest assessment, recommendation and repair/installation. I recently needed to disconnect my AC unit at home and called QuickFast for a quote. Unlike the other 3 places we contacted, QuickFast came to my house the same day to assess the unit and explained to me the steps involved and what is necessary in order to provide an accurate quote. They came back the next day to complete the job! The tech, Arti, even spent some time explaining to my young kids what he was doing and why and conversing with them, it was really sweet. Calling QuickFast I am met with Liz, who is a very friendly inviting person who smiles through the phone and is super prompt and knowledgeable. I go with QuickFast because they are reliable, honest and provide top quality service; I highly recommend you do too.

I My brother found QuickFast through a friend and recommended them as one of the companies in my area who had good reviews. They provided a quick and professional service. The technician who maintained the furnace, Kurtis, came on time, was more than knowledgeable and polite, finished the work on time as well. The furnace works very well ever since, and I am a happy customer. Would definitely recommend their services and use them myself in the future again.

I used QuickFast on the recommendation of a neighbour and I'm very happy with how quickly they were able to come. It was a small job (cap a gas line) but they treated me with the same professionalism as any large one.

I contacted QuickFast for several major and improvements needed in my house, including installing a brand new electrical panel and furnace. They are able to handle all aspects of home improvements from electrical to plumbing and HVAC. The office manager, Liz, is a pleasure to work with and all the trades were timely, courteous and thorough. I highly recommend QuickFast. It is great to have one source for many types of work.

I called them to fix my water heater that was giving me lukewarm water. The service guy came, took a look for 10 mins, then said 'I think your mixing valve and element one needs to be fixed'. Said office would give me a call to make an appointment. I asked if he was certain, and he said he's not sure, only maybe. He can't fix the issue immediately because he doesn't have the parts. First off, the office never gave me a call; secondly, I was forced to give them a call because the service guy had messed with the settings in the water heater, and I was now getting freezing cold water. Anyways, when I talked to the office, they said $763 to fix the mixing valve, plus $150 for sending the guy out for the service call. I told them that they should waive the service call since they'll get my business, and that $763 is a ridiculous price to fix a part that they think may be wrong. The women said the industry standard is to charge both. Obviously, we did not come to an agreement. It's probably a good thing that we did not come to an agreement because I did find someone who was more reasonable. Service call is $90, he came and checked out the water heater, said that the mixing valve needs to be replaced. He went to Home Depot immediately and quoted $450 plus tax. $90 service fee is waived. I ended up getting my water heater fixed for $508.50 instead of $1,012.19. It's always a good idea to get a couple of quotes to see if the quote that you're getting is reasonable or not. Don't just rely on someone telling you that it's industry standard. And in case you're wondering, how many people I shopped around. I did not shop around much since they turned off my hot water. I called one other place, they said they don't do water heaters anymore, but they referred me to someone else, and that's who I ended up giving my business to.
